are illustrated our standard designs in various types
of Door Pulls, Guard Bars and miscellaneous hardware that
we manufacture. Should a particular need or design require
variation or complete departure from the designs shown,
Gallery Specialty Hardware welcomes the opportunity to
create a special item to fit your specifications.
GUARANTEE
We
guarantee our products against fault in workmanship and
material. Claims for defects must be made immediately
upon receipt of goods. Products sold with lacquered finish
(C-3, C-4, C-5, C-9, C-10, C-20) are not guaranteed against
scratching or chipping, after installation on job site.
The materials we use for these finishes are the best available,
consequently we can not guarantee against deterioration
due to wear or environmental conditions.
MINIMUM
ORDER
All
orders are subject to a net $55.00 charge.
TERMS
Terms
are as follows: net 30 days. A 2% discount is offered
if payment is made within 10 days.
PREPAID
FREIGHT
On
shipments of net invoice value over $2,000.
PAYMENTS
Unpaid
accounts going beyond 45 days from date of invoice will
be subject, without notice, to a cessation of shipments,
except on a C.O.D. basis.

Prices
do not include sales tax unless specifically indicated.

RETURN
OF GOODS
Permission
to return goods must be obtained from our customer service
department. Return transportation must be prepaid. Goods
accepted for return are subject to a minimum 20% restocking
charge. Merchandise made to customers special requirements
may not be returned.
